Ok, so Christmas is about a lot of things, but for me it’s really about Gingerbread! Boys, girls, houses… I don’t really care as long as it tastes great! So, we have teamed up with our great friend Miranda @clean_treats who has come up with this ripper of a recipe just in time for Christmas! Woo hoo! Don’t you go leaving Santa ant Tim Tams this year, he is going to be wanting these bad boys for sure!

1/2 cup rumbles paleo almond butter

1/4 cup ghee/coconut oil

1/2 cup coconut sugar

3 tbs molasses, coconut syrup or maple syrup

1 egg (or egg substitute for vegan option)

1 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup almond meal

2 tbs coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

Pinch of sea salt

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 cup rumbles paleo choc rocks
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Whisk together the first 5 ingredients until smooth.
- Mix through remaining ingredients.
- Transfer mixture to a lined baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden
- Eat them all!
