Rumbles Paleo Banana Bread of amazement!!!
This Banana bread is super easy to make. Honestly you can whip it up in 5 minutes flat!
No excuse to be eating heavy banana cakes full of unhealthy ingredients when it’s so easy to make your own healthy Paleo Banana Bread. Second best paleo snack in town!
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons melted butter or ghee or coconut oil (I used butter)
2 large eggs
2 very ripe bananas
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups almond meal
EQUIPMENT
Loaf pan approximately 22cm by 12cm
OR muffin pans
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 160 degrees celsius.
Grease your loaf pan and line with baking paper. Alternatively, fill your muffin pan with cup-cake wrappers.
Mix together all the wet ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients. Mix together until all incorporated.
Bake for 45 minues or until a skewer inserted to the middle of the loaf comes out clean.
And tadaaaaa…the best paleo bread in town!
Slice and serve with slabs of butter…yum!
