When you switch to a paleo way of eating, your world turns into a kaleidoscope of fresh and vibrant delicious-ness. Paleo simply means, eating the foods that nature provided us with. That’s my definition anyway. And it means using simple logic when it comes to food. Whatever Mother Nature gave us in abundance, we should eat most of. Think water, greens, vegetables, fruit, fresh meat, eggs, nuts and seeds. The less processed a food is, the better, as that means it’s closest to its natural state. Eating healthily doesn’t have to be hard or confusing, just think logically about it…that’s all!
There are some Paleo staples though, you’ll want to stock your fridge and pantry with. After all, when you turn to a paleo way of eating, you do have to be prepared. And that means stocking your kitchen with some staples so you don’t get caught out or tempted by other unhealthy food items.
