Pumpkin, Chocolate and Walnut Bread
Who on earth would think Pumpkin and Chocolate together is a good idea for food? Pumpkin! Well, our supremo recipe creator Mirands from @clean_treats did and she is onto a winner! Give this a crack – you will love it!
Ingredients

2 cups GF oat flour

1/2 cup almond meal

1 cup pumpkin purée

1 egg (use chia or flax egg to make this recipe vegan)

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground cloves
-
1 tsp baking powder
-
1/2 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup choc rocks

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into a lined baking tin.
- Sprinkle with extra choc chips, walnuts and pepitas.
- Bake at 180 for 45mins – 1hr (until a skewer comes out clean)
- Slice and smother in almond butter or freeze for a healthy snack!
