Hi guys
Jen Richards here, co-founder of Rumbles and creator of The Love Project 🙂
Some of you may not know, but my background career is in primary school teaching. I’ve literally worked with thousands of children both here and in the UK. In my experiences, I’ve been shocked by the plethora of mental and physical health issues I’ve seen robbing our youth of their health and potential. The saddest part of all, is that these issues are all too often unnecessary and can easily be avoided.
So I’ve created a 12 week online program called The Love Project, and it’s designed to target and reverse these unnecessary epidemics. It’s for parents with children below the age of twelve and is hosted by myself and a team of specialists in the areas of nutrition, psychology, sleep and exercise. The program gives parents easy to implement tools and strategies to transform behavioural issues, illness and anxiety into resilience, health and happiness.

The key benefits of The Love Project are that we specifically target both internal belief systems (which are at the root cause of 90% of children’s problems) and external behaviours. This is an approach unlike any you’ve seen before and my team and I have seen miraculous results in the children we’ve worked with.
In putting together this project, I surveyed one hundred parents to identify their top concerns when it comes to raising healthy, happy kids. The responses are being used to craft the final stages of The Love Project that will be released via an online webinar on February 23rd.
I’m happy to bring to you the results below.
