On Rumbles Paleo TV today we interview the one and only Paul Chek…hooray! We talk about reverting to simple and natural ways of eating and moving, including moving like a bear!
So who is Paul Chek (for those of you who don’t know)?
First and foremost, let me just say, from the heart, that he is one of the most humble and wise men that I have ever had the privilege of meeting. His knowledge in functional fitness and wholistic heatlh is astounding.
He advocates an inside/out approach to health, where nurturing of your soul and mind is just as important as the things done to take care of your physical body. He acknowledges that none of us is seperate from each other or from anything, that there is a universal power which unites us; a life is about “we” approach, as opposed to an “each man for himself” approach.
I actually believe, that if everybody approached their own health and fitness using the teachings from Paul, that the health of our whole world could experience a massive transformational healing.
